Застосування ГІС-технологій для містобудівного аналізу територій

Abstract

У роботі розглянуто особливості застосування геоінформаційних систем у містобудівному аналізі територій в умовах зростання складності міського середовища. Висвітлено можливості ГІС щодо інтеграції різнорідних даних, моделювання просторових процесів та підтримки прийняття управлінських рішень. Окрему увагу приділено використанню геоінформаційних технологій у кадастрових системах, транспортному та екологічному аналізі, а також у формуванні інфраструктури геопросторових даних. Розглянуто сучасні тенденції розвитку, пов’язані з впровадженням тривимірного моделювання та концепції «розумного міста».The study examines the features of using geographic information systems in urban planning analysis of territories under conditions of increasing complexity of the urban environment. The possibilities of GIS for integrating heterogeneous data, modeling spatial processes, and supporting management decision-making are highlighted. Special attention is given to the use of geoinformation technologies in cadastral systems, transport and environmental analysis, as well as in the formation of geospatial data infrastructure. Current development trends related to the implementation of three-dimensional modeling and the concept of the 'smart city' are also considered.
