Abstract

A micro-electronic optical device for registration of the process of displacement comprises a movable surface, light source that is optically connected to focusing system that comprises a focusing lens and an optical filter that are optically connected with two photoconverters, it comprises two frequency transformers, each of those comprises the first, second and third resistors, inductance, capacitor, power source. The frequency photoconverter comprises a photo-resistor, the first and second bipolar transistors, the fourth resistor. The first pole of power supply source through the first and the second resistors is connected to photoresistor, the first and the second bipolar transistors in parallel to collectors of which a sequential circuit of the third and the fourth resistors is connected, this is connected to inductance and common bus to which a capacitor is connected, in parallel to that one a power supply source is connected. The output of the device is formed with collector of the first bipolar transistor and the common bus to which the first and the second output terminals of the device are connected. To the output terminals of two frequency transformers a frequency comparator is connected, and the movable surface has light and dark strips and is placed under the light source and focusing system.
