Abstract

The invention relates to optoelectronic devices, namely to the decoration used as decorative or jewelry article. In the base of invention a task is set to create an optoelectronic decoration in which due to using self-controlling thyristor optron with visual indication, a phototransistor, and due to use as a radiation source of crystal light-emitting diodes with set colours of shining it is ensured the possibility of setting various geometrical forms of shining elements that leads to expansion of functional capabilities and lowering consumed power due to using semiconducting optoelectronic elements of indication and memory.
