Шляхи удосконалення публічного управління регіональним розвитком на основі сучасних ІТ-технологій

Abstract

This article deals with the key problems of public administration of the regions of Ukraine. It's analyzed the disadvantages and advantages of different theories, and substantiated the modern approaches and priorities of regional development public management in the context of integration processes deepening. The authors have developed a complex complex goal program (CGP) for improving the public management of the region, which was computerized by means of DSS "Solon-2". It enables both automated substantiation of a plurality of priority directions of financing of regional development, as well as corresponding potentially effective projects to be implemented and determines the order of such a process. In addition, the CGP can optimize the distribution of potentially effective projects and their overpurpose limited resources aimed at improving public management of regional development in order to achieve a sustainable balanced development of territories.
