Особливості реконструкції готельних закладів

Abstract

Розглянуто особливості реконструкції та перепрофілювання готельних закладів. Наведено заходи щодо підприємств, залежно від специфіки їх діяльності, залежність варіантів просторового розширення готелів при реконструкції від початкової конструктивної схеми. Визначені три основних варіанти реконструкції однокорпусних готелів.Features of reconstruction and re-hotel accommodation are considered. The measures on enterprises, depending on the specifics of their activities, the dependence of variants of spatial expansion of hotels during reconstruction from the initial design scheme are given. Three basic variants of reconstruction of one-storey hotels are determined.One-room apartments of multi-storeyed houses in Vinnytsia, namely residential complexes "RC Avalon", "RC Sophia", "RC Premier Tower" for the total area, the ratio of living space to the total, the price of m2 and the type of planning.
