Abstract

Formal monitoring of tele-radio programs intended for reception of multichannel, selective viewing, recording and storage of air, cable and satellite television and radio programs for the planning and operational control of the content under the Laws of Ukraine on TV and radio broadcasting, advertising and other applicable documents relating to of the National Council for Television and Radio Broadcasting of Ukraine. The purpose of design is the design of specialized computer network system for tele -radio monitoring that would meet the specific requirements of the customer on the accumulation , storage and processing. Scientific novelty is to develop a distributed structure of the original recording and storing data on specialized local video audio server that allows a practical side to evenly distribute the load on the network, improve reliability, increase efficiency of information processing. Shown techno-economic feasibility of the use and implementation of this development.
