Abstract

A plant for the preparation of biogas contains bioreactor, which by mean of gas pipeline is connected with gas holder, heat recovery unit of fermented substrate, the external cavity of which is connected with pipeline of fresh water, storage tank of hot water, mixing device, hot-water boiler for heating of heat carrier, heat-exchanging units, mixer, equipped with water jacket, biogas dryer. Separator of fermented substrate and recirculation pump of liquid fraction are introduced, besides the separator of fermented substrate is connected with bioreactor, heat recovery unit and mixer. The recirculation pump of liquid fraction is incorporated between the separator of fermented substrate and mixer.
