Дослідження впливу нелінійних властивостей ТСВО на форму і потужність генерованих коливань

Abstract

In the diploma work a mathematical modeling of oscillators on a base of negative-resistance transistor structures is performed. In the theoretical section there are quasi-lineal and non-lineal mathematical models of the oscillators on a base of the negative-resistance transistor structures developed; on their base there are defined the amplitude and frequency of the oscillations, non-lineal distortions, and non-lineal deviation of the oscillations' frequency. In the experimental section of the diploma work there are obtained phase-plane portraits of the low-frequency oscillators on a base of the negative-resistance transistor structures.
