Abstract

The master's thesis is devoted to the management of the efficiency of the use of production potential of machine-building enterprises on the example of PJSC «Vinnytsia Research Plant». The paper considers the approaches of scientists to understanding the essence and content of the concept of potential, production potential of the enterprise. The theoretical bases of effective management of the production potential of the enterprise are investigated. The approach to structuring the production potential of the enterprise and its evaluation is proposed. The state and trends of the development of domestic machine building are investigated. The main indicators of the financial and economic state of PJSC «Vinnytsia Research Plant» were characterized, the analysis of production potential and enterprise management system was carried out. The strategy of enterprise development has been developed and the main directions for improving the management efficiency at the enterprise are proposed.
