Анотація
The work is devoted to the actual study of the transformation of educational activities in higher education
institutions of Ukraine from the declaration of state sovereignty in Ukraine to modern times. The European experience
of improving the educational process, which is connected with the processes of globalization and the introduction of
innovations and information technologies in all areas of life of a modern person, is considered. It has been established
that modern changes in the sphere of higher education of Ukraine are connected with: changing the traditional format
of labor activity of the population and work methods; development of the remote format of work, training and
communication; the difficult socio-economic situation after the COVID-19 pandemic; the safety of the educational
environment, both psycho-emotional and physical, which is connected with large-scale military operations on the
territory of the country; European integration processes.
