Подрібнювач барабанного типу для переробки деревинних відходів

Abstract

Зазначено важливість розробки нових технологій, обладнання та його модернізації щодо переробки деревинних відходів для охорони навколишнього середовища та відновлення екосистеми. Визначено напрямки модернізації існуючого обладнання, що експлуатується на одному з підприємств Вінницької області. Обґрунтовано заміну подрібнювача молоткового на подрібнювач барабанного типу. Розроблено конструктивні схеми подрібнювачів з гідравлічним приводом для яких здійснено вибір передавального механізму.The importance of developing new technologies, equipment and its modernization for the processing of wood waste for the protection of the environment and the restoration of the ecosystem are noted. The directions of modernization of existing equipment, which is operated at one of the enterprises of Vinnytsia region, are determined. The replacement of the hammer shredder to the drum type shredder is substantiated. The design schemes of hydraulic driven shredders have been developed for which the choice of the transfer mechanism has been made.
