Abstract

В статті подані результати дослідження поняття «влада», як фундаментальної категорії політології, її соціальні норми та цінності в регулюванні життєдіяльності суспільства, формування принципів ідеальної влади, еволюція категорії влада в історико-соціологічному процесі, методи втілення владної волі, роль громадської думки у процесі демократизації влади.
