Abstract

A current reflector comprises three transistors, input and output buses and a zero bus, an input bus connecting to a collector of first transistor and to a base of third transistor, the emitters of first and second transistors are united and connected to the zero bus, the emitters of first and second transistors are united and connected to the zero bus, the bases of first and second transistors are united and connected to the collector of second transistor and to the emitter of third transistor. Moreover, five transistors, a current source and the zero bus are incorporated. The collector of fourth transistor is connected to the output bus, the emitter of fourth transistor is connected to the collector of third transistor, the bases of fourth and sixth transistors are united and connected to the collector of sixth transistor and to the second terminal of the current source, the first terminal of current source is connected to the zero bus, the emitter of sixth transistor is connected to the collector of seventh transistor, and to the base of seventh transistor, the collector of fifth transistor is connected to the base of third transistor, the bases of fifth and eighth transistors are united and connected to the collector of eighth transistor.
