Abstract

A method for the determination of effectiveness of functioning of hydro-pulse drive of continuous operation includes selection of vibro-signals at resonance frequency of vibro-sensor, calibration of those and selection amplitude groups there, calibration of vibro-signals is carried out by envelope lines, among those amplitude groups are selected and in the selected amplitude groups the frequencies of repeated signals are compared to the frequencies of own rotary vibrations of movable elements of mechanical system, with measurement of the number of responses, pressure of working fluid in accumulator hydro-line, pressure in the cavity of the hydro-cylinder, vertical displacements of the vibration exciter, with determination of the coefficient of effectiveness of functioning of the hydro-pulse drive with continuous operation.
