Abstract

The proposed device for checking the service life of a switching unit contains a current transducer, a commutation detector, pulse counters, AND logic elements, a pulse generator, a control signal former, a reset circuit, an OR logic element, a NOT logic element, three analog comparators, three optoelectronic couplers, a reference voltage source, a digital comparator, a functional converter, and additionally, a data register. The output of the commutation detector is connected to the first input of the second AND logic element. The first input of the first pulse counter is connected to the output of the first AND logic element. The first input of the first AND logic element is connected to the output of the pulse generator. The second input of the first AND logic element and the input of the control signal former are connected to the output of the second AND logic element. The output of the reset circuit is connected to the first input of the OR logic element. The second input of the OR logic element is connected to the output of the control signal former, and the output is connected to the second input of the first pulse counter. The outputs of the analog comparators are connected to the corresponding first inputs of the optoelectronic couplers. The second inputs of the optoelectronic couplers are connected to the output of the reference voltage source, and the outputs are connected to the corresponding inputs of the functional converter. The bit outputs of the first pulse counter are connected to the first bit inputs of the digital comparator. The output of the digital comparator is connected to the second input of the second AND logic element. The input of the NOT logic element is connected to the output of the commutation detector. The output of the first AND logic element is connected to the input of the second pulse counter. The bit outputs of the functional converter are connected to the bit inputs of the register. The bit outputs of the register are connected to the second bit inputs of the digital comparator. The output of the NOT logic element is connected to the control input of the register.
