Розробка і дослідження автоматизованої системи управління житлом на сучасних апаратних засобах

Abstract

В магістерській кваліфікаційній роботі було проведено огляд існуючих автоматизованих систем управління житлом (АСУЖ), виконано аналіз основ-них рішень для управління мікрокліматом у приміщенні, досліджено і визначе-но оптимальні параметри мікроклімату для комфортного життя у різні пори року. Також проведено аналіз принципів організації системи охорони об’єкту, визначено роль компонентів у процесі функціонування охоронної системи та розглянуто способи взаємодії елементів даної системи. Побудовано UML-діаграми, спроектовано структурну та функціональну схеми автоматизації для даних процесів. Дана розробка дозволить підвищити ефективність автоматизованого управління житлом з метою досягнення комфортного проживання і ефективної охорони майна замовника та його особистої безпеки.

In the master's qualification work the review of existing automated housing management systems was carried out, the main decisions for the control of the micro-climate in the room was made, the optimal parameters of the microclimate for com-fortable living in different seasons of the year were investigated and determined. Al-so, an analysis of the principles of organization of the object's protection system was carried out. The role of components in the functioning of the security system was de-termined. The ways of interaction of the elements of this system were considered. UML diagrams are constructed, structural and functional automation schemes for the-se processes are designed. This development will improve the efficiency of automated housing manage-ment in order to achieve a comfortable living and effective protection of the property of the customer and his personal security.
