| dc.description.abstract | The main causes of improper commutation of DC electric motor are identified in the paper. The basic parameters that influence this process are set. The structure of the device for diagnosing the brush-collector junction of the DC electric motor is proposed. The device allows to generate diagnostic parameters of the distribution of the duration of the spark pulses across the collector and in time, to determine the sparking amplitude, the amount of brush wear. This allows you to work out ways to improve switching and reduce sparking. | en |
| dc.description.abstract | В роботі визначені основні причини неналежної комутації електричного двигуна постійного струму. Встановлені основні параметри, які впливають на даний процес. Запропоновано структуру пристрою для діагностування щітково-колекторного вузла електричного двигуна постійного струму. Пристрій дозволяє сформувати діагностичні параметри розподілу тривалості імпульсів іскріння по колектору і в часі, визначати амплітуду іскріння, величину зношення щітки. Це дозволяє розробляти шляхи покращення комутації та зменшення іскріння. | uk |
