dc.description.abstract | The paper suggests to apply a neuro-fuzzy controller in 5G heterogeneous networks in order to improve the handover process. The architecture of the controller as well as input and output variables have been elaborated. A rule base and mathematical models of the controller has been considered. The efficiency of the proposed handover neuro-fuzzy controller has been checked by performing the computer simulation. | en |
