Nietzsche and the Transcendence of His Time: Between the Past and the Future

Abstract

The article argues that Nietzsche's philosophical discourse surpasses modernity without fitting into postmodernity, because this thinker criticizes the articulation axes of modernity, as interpreted by Habermas, and distances itself the postmodern condition Lyotard's perspective. We emphasize Nietzsche’s rejection of traditional discursive bias through his critique of the specular subject. He introduces the concept of a “social structure of many souls” as a way of revising and surpassing modern subjectivity. At the same time, a central problem remains, the hierarchy of values.This shows that Nietzsche does not abandon criteria, even while rejecting foundational principles. For this reason, his thought must be distinguished postmodernity.

У статті доводиться, що філософський дискурс Ніцше перевершує модерність, не вписуючись у постмодернізм. Адже Ніцше критикує артикуляційні осі модерності, як їх інтерпретував Габермас, і дистанціюється від постмодерністського стану, як його розумів Ліотар. Ми наголошуємо на відмові Ніцше від традиційної дискурсивної упередженості через його критику дзеркального суб'єкта. Він запроваджує концепцію «соціальної структури, [складеної з] багатьох душ» як спосіб перегляду та подолання сучасної суб'єктивності. Водночас центральною проблемою залишається ієрархія цінностей. Це показує, що Ніцше не відмовляється від критеріїв, навіть відкидаючи основоположні принципи. З цієї причини його думку слід відрізняти від постмодернізму.
