Abstract

There had been researched the theoretic, methodologic and practical as-pects of innovative entrepreneurship forming and functioning under the condi-tions of the Ukrainian economy transformation within the present monograph. There had been revealed the essence of innovations and innovative entrepreneur-ship, its stimulating reasons and incentives. There had been analyzed the contra-dictions and tendencies of the process of innovative sphere development in Ukraine and grounded the necessity of innovative development model building, determined its components and national peculiarities. There had been revealed organization and economic forms of innovative entrepreneurship, market and in-stitutional mechanisms of its regulation and management. There had been de-termined the ways of state innovative policy improvement. To the view of scientists, specialists on the questions of innovations and entrepreneurship, politicians, entrepreneurs.

У монографії досліджуються теоретико-методологічні та практичні засади формування і функціонування інноваційного підприємництва в умовах ринкової трансформації економіки України. Розкривається сутність інновацій та інноваційного підприємництва, його спонукальні мотиви і стимули. Аналізуються суперечності та тенденції розвитку інноваційної сфери і обґрунтовується необхідність розбудови моделі інноваційного роз-витку, визначаються її параметри і національні особливості. Розглядаються організаційно-економічні форми інноваційного підприємництва, ринкові й інституціональні механізми його регулювання і управління.
