Підвищення експлуатаційних характеристик циліндричних поверхонь деталей

Abstract

The mechanism of improving the performance characteristics of the cylindrical surfaces of parts is investigated in the work. It is proposed to use the technology of roller rolling with a variable pitch of deformable surfaces. The relationship between the pitch of the helical surface of the roller, the number of passes, the depth of deformation, and the hardness and roughness of the treated surface is shown.

В роботі досліджено механізм підвищення експлуатаційних характеристик циліндричних поверхонь деталей. Запропоновано використовувати технологію обкочування роликом зі змінним кроком деформувальних поверхонь. Показано зв'язок між кроком гвинтової поверхні ролика, кількістю проходів, глибиною деформування та твердістю і шорсткістю обробленої поверхні.
