Економічна стійкість підприємства: поняття, фактори впливу, підходи до управління за сучасних умов

Abstract

The relevance of the study is determined by the increasing instability of the external environment, intensification of competition, and the need for enterprises to ensure sustainable development under conditions of uncertainty and transformation processes. In this context, the issue of economic sustainability becomes a key prerequisite for maintaining competitiveness and longterm functioning of enterprises. The aim of the article is to generalize theoretical approaches to defining the essence and content of economic sustainability of the enterprise, identify the main influencing factors, and characterize modern approaches to managing economic sustainability. The methodological basis of the research includes general scientific and special methods, in particular: analysis and synthesis – to generalize scientific approaches to the interpretation of economic sustainability; systematization and classification – to structure the factors influencing economic sustainability; comparative analysis – to identify differences in scientific views; and a systemic approach – to ensure a comprehensive consideration of the research object. The results of the study include the systematization of existing scientific approaches to defining the concept of economic sustainability and the identification of key directions in its interpretation. Based on the conducted analysis, an author’s definition of economic sustainability is proposed. The study also identifies and substantiates the main factors influencing economic sustainability and presents their systematized classification according to a set of features. In addition, the main approaches to managing economic sustainability under modern conditions are characterized, and the key tools for its management are identified, considering the dynamic nature of the external environment and the increasing level of uncertainty. The practical value of the study lies in the possibility of applying the proposed classification of factors and theoretical generalizations in the process of developing effective management decisions aimed at strengthening the economic sustainability of enterprises and increasing their adaptability to environmental changes.

У статті досліджено етимологію понять стійкості та економічної стійкості. Узагальнено наукові підходи та виокремлено основні напрями у трактуванні поняття економічної стійкості підприємства, що дозволило сформувати авторське бачення його суті. Значну увагу приділено аналізуванню факторів впливу на економічну стійкість підприємства, визначено їх природу та роль у забезпеченні стабільності функціонування. Запропоновано систематизовану класифікацію факторів впливу за ключовими ознаками, що забезпечує комплексність їх урахування в управлінській діяльності. Розглянуто базові підходи до управління економічною стійкістю та визначено ключові завдання системи її забезпечення за сучасних умов. Виокремлено основні інструменти управління економічною стійкістю з урахуванням динамічності зовнішнього середовища та зростання рівня невизначеності.
