Abstract

The development is dedicated to the difficult problem of small and large projects - the development of optimal management using credits. The expanded statement of the problem of calculating the optimal credit strategy for the development project of multiproduct production is presented. The task is divided into the task of optimizing credits for the project as a whole, represented by the optimal equivalent function of production, and the task of optimal allocation of credit resource between subsystems. Such two-level optimization of the process of functioning and development of the production system has been substantiated. Modified binary operators of optimal aggregation of the first and second levels of control are developed. The program module of development process simulation with two-level credits management has been developed.
