Abstract

У роботі розглянуто сучасні архітектурні практики та особливості організації житлового середовища для літніх людей в контексті проблем, пов’язаних із глобальним старінням суспільства. Виявлено, що старіння населення та трансформація традиційної сімейної моделі збільшує роль соціальної підтримки і створює необхідність пошуку альтернативних моделей житла для задоволення потреб «нової» домінуючої групи.

The paper considers modern architectural practices and features of the organization of the living environment for the elderly in the context of problems associated with the global aging of society. It was found that the aging of the population and the transformation of the traditional family model increases the role of social support and creates the need to find alternative housing models to meet the needs of the "new" dominant group.
