Abstract
Проведено дослідження властивостей транзистора N-P-N структури на прикладі КТ817Б.
 
The properties of the N-P-N structure transistor are studied on the example of KT817B. Input and output characteristics were obtained, current transmission coefficients and voltage amplification were analyzed.
