Теплохолодопостачання житлової будівлі з використанням відновлюваних джерел енергії

Abstract

В роботі проведено аналіз засобів використання відновлюваних джерел енергії для теплохолодопостачання будівель та заходи для підвищення енергоефективності будівлі. Розроблено математичну модель для енергетичної сертифікації та проведені числові дослідження впливу заходів на підвищення показників енергоефективності та клас енергоефективності будівлі. Виконано розробку технології монтажу обладнання теплового пункту системи теплохолодопостачання житлової будівлі; виконано розробку кошторису та розрахунок техніко-економічних показників роботи джерела енергії системи теплохолодопостачання житлової будівлі.

The paper analyzes the means of using renewable energy sources for heating and cooling of buildings and measures to increase the building's energy efficiency. A mathematical model for energy certification was developed and numerical studies of the impact of measures on increasing energy efficiency indicators and the energy efficiency class of the building were carried out. The development of the technology for installing the equipment of the heating point of the heating and cooling system of a residential building was carried out; the development of the estimate and the calculation of the technical and economic performance indicators of the energy source of the heating and cooling supply system of the residential building have been carried out.
