Цифрові підходи до оцінки структури майна підприємства: методи та інструменти

Abstract

У статті розглянуто сучасні підходи до оцінки структури майна підприємства в умовах цифровізації бізнесу. Проаналізовано зміни у складі активів, зокрема зростання ролі нематеріальних ресурсів. Особливу увагу приділено цифровим інструментам обліку, аналізу та управління активами, зокрема ERP-системам, EAM-рішенням, хмарним технологіям та системам бізнес-аналітики. Наведено приклади практичного застосування цифрових рішень на підприємствах, а також виявлено основні переваги та ризики цифрової трансформації процесів оцінки майна. Зроблено висновок про стратегічне значення цифрового підходу до управління активами для підвищення ефективності та конкурентоспроможності підприємства.

The article examines modern approaches to assessing the asset structure of an enterprise in the context of business digitalization. It analyzes changes in asset composition, particularly the growing role of intangible resources. Special attention is given to digital tools for asset accounting, analysis, and management, including ERP systems, EAM solutions, cloud technologies, and business analytics platforms. Examples of practical implementation of digital solutions in enterprises are provided, along with the key advantages and risks of the digital transformation of asset assessment processes. The study concludes that adopting a digital approach to asset management is of strategic importance for enhancing business efficiency and competitiveness.
