Особливості влаштування споруд цивільного захисту населення в житлових будівлях

Abstract

Ця робота присвячена аналізу особливостей влаштування споруд цивільного захисту (СЦЗ) у житлових будівлях. Розглянуто основні типи укриттів, їхні конструктивні особливості та вимоги до облаштування. Проаналізовано сучасні українські норми щодо захисних споруд, а також проведено порівняння із закордонним досвідом у цій сфері. Окрема увага приділена адаптації підземних паркінгів та підвалів як укриттів. Робота містить схеми укриттів, їх розташування в житлових будинках та порівняльну таблицю стандартів різних країн.

This paper is dedicated to analyzing the peculiarities of civil protection structures (CPS) arrangement in residential buildings. It examines the main types of shelters, their structural features, and installation requirements. The study reviews modern Ukrainian standards for protective structures and provides a comparative analysis of international practices in this field. Special attention is given to adapting underground parking lots and basements as shelters. The paper includes diagrams of shelters, their placement in residential buildings, and a comparative table of standards in different countries.
