This article analyzes the problems associated with safe working conditions and considers ways to improve them. In particular, it discusses the factors affecting safety in the workplace and offers specific recommendations for ensuring safe working conditions in accordance with modern scientific discoveries. The purpose of the article is to disclose the content of the concept of "proper and safe working conditions" and to determine the main criteria that they must meet in accordance with current legislation.The text emphasizes the importance of labor protection as a key aspect for workers, since a significant part of life is spent in the workplace.
