Інтелектуальний капітал як акселератор інноваційних трансформацій у стратегічному управлінні підприємствами

Abstract

This article examines intellectual capital as a key accelerator of innovative transformations within stra- tegic enterprise management. It highlights the structural composition of intellectual capital, encompassing human, structural, and relational components, and emphasizes their synergistic role in fostering innovationdriven development. Three primary groups of interaction models are analyzed. Structural-functional models focus on the distribution and complementarity of intellectual capital types, illustrating how human knowl- edge and competencies are supported by organizational processes and external networks. Process-based models describe the transformation of knowledge into innovative products through stages such as idea gen- eration, research and development, testing, and commercialization. Systemic models integrate internal and external factors, demonstrating how enterprises adapt innovation strategies to evolving market, technologi- cal, and institutional conditions. The study further investigates practical mechanisms for managing intel- lectual capital. Organizational and managerial mechanisms promote creativity, motivation, and continuous learning through training programs and innovation platforms. Technological mechanisms employ digital tools, knowledge management systems, and workflow platforms that accelerate idea transfer and enhance transparency in innovation processes. Financial mechanisms provide resources through venture funding, grants, and intellectual property protection. The findings suggest that a comprehensive approach combining organizational, technological, and financial mechanisms maximizes innovation activity, mitigates risks of resource underutilization, and strengthens long-term enterprise competitiveness at both national and international levels.

У статті досліджено інтелектуальний капітал як ключовий акселератор інноваційних трансфор- мацій у системі стратегічного управління підприємствами. Проаналізовано його структурну компо- зицію, що включає людський, структурний та реляційний капітал, та визначено їхню синергетичну роль у формуванні довгострокових конкурентних переваг підприємств. Виділено три групи моделей взаємодії інтелектуального капіталу та інновацій: структурно-функціональні, процесні та системні, охарактеризовано їхні методологічні підходи, переваги й обмеження з точки зору практичного засто- сування. Особлива увага приділена організаційно-управлінським, технологічним і фінансовим механіз- мам, що забезпечують ефективну реалізацію інноваційного потенціалу. На підставі аналізу динаміки показників інтелектуального капіталу в українському підприємницькому секторі за 2022–2024 роки, обґрунтовано, що цілісне управління інтелектуальним капіталом є визначальним для підвищення стратегічної стійкості підприємств, прискорення інноваційних процесів та розвитку інтегрованих інноваційних екосистем.
