Інноваційні підходи до управління підприємницькою діяльністю суб’єкта господарювання в умовах нестабільності

Abstract

The article examines the current realities and key trends in the management of innovation processes in the activities of economic entities in conditions of economic instability. The relevance of the study is determined by the growing influence of destabilizing factors, the limited resource potential of enterprises, and the need to ensure their sustainable development in dynamic market conditions. The purpose of the work is to substantiate mechanisms for improving the efficiency of business management through the integration of innovative approaches, in particular Agile management models, Open Innovation principles, and structured methods of resource optimization. The methodological basis of the study consists of analytical, systemic-structural, and comparative approaches, which made it possible to identify the relationships between management models, innovative potential, financial and information resources, and the overall competitiveness of economic entities. The results of the analysis show that the innovative activity of domestic enterprises is hampered by fragmented management approaches, a shortage of financial resources, an insufficient level of digital infrastructure, and the absence of a comprehensive knowledge management system in conditions of risk. To overcome these barriers, the article proposes a flexible project management model, the introduction of the concept of “innovative minimum” for prioritizing strategic initiatives, as well as recommendations for improving resource allocation and workflow efficiency. Key trends in innovative development are identified: the transition to resource-efficient management, large-scale digitalization of business processes, the formation of networked innovation ecosystems, and the systematic use of predictive analytics to support management decisions. It has been proven that effective management of innovation processes is a determining factor in strengthening competitiveness, enhancing adaptability, and ensuring the long-term sustainability of economic entities. The results of the study can be used in the development of methodological tools for evaluating the effectiveness of innovations and in the formation of strategic programs for the development of entrepreneurship in conditions of instability.

Досліджено інноваційні підходи до управління підприємницькою діяльністю суб’єктів господарювання в умовах економічної нестабільності. Визначено системні бар’єри, що стримують розвиток підприємницьких структур, зокрема низьку інформаційну мобільність та превалювання тактичних цілей над стратегічними. Обґрунтовано, що формування стійкої моделі управління потребує інтеграції цифрової архітектури бізнесу та адаптивних довгострокових орієнтирів. Запропоновано комплекс взаємодоповнюючих механізмів вдосконалення управління: впровадження Agile-підходу для ітераційного прийняття рішень, використання моделі «інноваційного мінімуму» для оптимізації обмежених ресурсів та розвиток відкритих інноваційних екосистем. Доведено, що системне застосування зазначених підходів забезпечує гнучкість бізнес-процесів, підвищує адаптаційний потенціал підприємства та сприяє його стійкому розвитку в умовах мінливої ринкової кон’юнктури.
