Внесок українськомовних іт-спільнот у розвиток іт-термінології

Abstract

У роботі проаналізовано значення українськомовних ІТ-спільнот у процесах творення та стандартизації української ІТ-термінології на прикладі корпоративних екосистем провідних технологічних компаній: «EPAM», «SoftServe» (Вінниця) та спільнот «Google». На основі аналізу корпоративної комунікації та викликів мовної гармонізації обґрунтовано важливість термінологічної узгодженості для підвищення ефективності розробки й інтеграції молодих фахівців в українськомовне tech-середовище.

The report examines the role of Ukrainian-language IT communities in the processes of creation and standardization of Ukrainian IT terminology on the example of corporate ecosystems of leading tech companies (EPAM, SoftServe, Google). Based on the analysis of corporate communication and models of digital communities development, the importance of terminological consistency for increasing development efficiency and integrating young specialists into the Ukrainian-language tech environment is substantiated.
