Abstract

Запропоновано комплексний аналіз правового статусу викривача у системі антикорупційного законодавства

A comprehensive analysis of the legal status of a whistleblower in the anti-corruption legislation of Ukraine is proposed. The key criteria for acquiring the status of a whistleblower, the main guarantees of protection (labor, security, financial) and the mechanisms of their implementation are analyzed. The main problems of practical application of legislative norms are identified and ways of their solution in the context of anti-corruption culture formation are proposed.
