Abstract

These theses explore the impact of commercial flight simulators (Microsoft Flight Simulator, X-Plane, Infinite Flight) on youth engagement in aviation and the rapid acquisition of professional skills. They examine cognitive skill transfer, the role of synchronous multiplayer networks (VATSIM) in overcoming communication barriers, and the integration of simulators into educational STEM programs and airline recruitment processes.

У тезах досліджується вплив комерційних авіасимуляторів (Microsoft Flight Simulator, X-Plane, Infinite Flight) на залучення молоді до авіації та швидкість набуття нею професійних навичок. Розглянуто процеси когнітивного перенесення навичок, роль синхронних мультиплеєрних мереж (VATSIM) у подоланні комунікаційних бар'єрів, а також інтеграцію симуляторів в освітні STEM-програми та рекрутингові процеси авіакомпаній.
