Abstract

У роботі досліджено шляхи підвищення ефективності міжнародної діяльності підприємства.

The paper examines ways to improve the efficiency of international activities of an enterprise using the example of Solodka Mriya. The key factors influencing foreign economic activity are analyzed, main problems are identified, and ways to solve them are proposed. The role of logistics, marketing strategies and digitalization in improving efficiency is substantiated. Particular attention is paid to the development of export activities, optimization of international logistics processes, and adaptation of the enterprise to changes in the global market. The influence of modern digital technologies on increasing the competitiveness of the enterprise in the international environment is also investigated.
