Особливості розробки WEB-застосунку аналітичного обліку обладнання установ та організацій

Abstract

У роботі досліджено підходи до автоматизації аналітичного обліку обладнання установ та організацій на основі використання сучасних вебтехнологій. Проведено аналіз процесів обліку, інвентаризації та контролю технічного стану матеріальних ресурсів, а також виявлено недоліки існуючих програмних рішень.The paper explores approaches to automating the analytical accounting of equipment in institutions and organizations based on the use of modern web technologies. The processes of accounting, inventory management, and monitoring of the technical condition of material resources are analyzed, and the shortcomings of existing software solutions are identified. An approach to the development of a web application is proposed, which combines centralized data storage, a multi-level access control system, QR code integration, and interactive analytical data processing. A software application has been developed using the Python programming language and the Flask framework, providing equipment accounting, inventory management, generation of visual analytical reports, and data export for further processing.
