Мережецентричні бойові дії та інформаційні технології: досвід російсько-української війни

Abstract

Сучасні збройні конфлікти зазнали докорінних змін під впливом розвитку інформаційних технологій. У цій роботі розглядається перехід до концепції мережецентричної війни на прикладі російсько-української війни.

Modern armed conflicts have undergone fundamental changes under the influence of information technology development. This paper explores the transition to the concept of network-centric warfare using the example of the russianUkrainian war. The use of situational awareness systems, unmanned technologies, and satellite communications as key factors of asymmetric advantage is analyzed. It is proven that the integration of software into military logistics and artillery management radically changes the paradigm of warfare.
