It is shown that leaders with a high level of EI are able to effectively manage conflicts, reduce stress and create a favorable atmosphere for the development of creativity and innovation. The practical significance of the application of EI in management for increasing the efficiency of human capital management, building trust and ensuring the stability and competitiveness of the organization in the conditions of the modern dynamic business environment is substantiated.
