The relevance of developing intelligent user support systems in the context of the growing complexity of heterogeneous wireless networks combining 5G and Wi–Fi technologies is considered. The main challenges faced by end–users in configuring and optimizing the operation of such networks, including selecting the optimal connection mode, troubleshooting, and ensuring the required Quality of Service (QoS), are analyzed. An architecture for an intelligent support system is proposed, utilizing machine learning methods for automatic diagnostics, proactive configuration management, and providing personalized recommendations. The primary focus is on decision–making mechanisms to ensure seamless handover and dynamic resource allocation between 5G and Wi–Fi interfaces on user devices. The implementation of such a system is expected to significantly increase user satisfaction and the efficiency of network resource utilization.
