Features of the use of technogenic waste the chemical industry for the production of fire-resistant materials

Abstract

Аналіз наявних способів підготовки фосфогіпсу для вогнестійких гіпсових в’яжучих показав, що нині для видалення домішок здебільшого застосовують чотири способи: промивання фосфогіпсу водою; промивання в поєднанні з нейтралізацією та осадженням домішок; метод термічного розкладання домішок; уведення нейтралізувальних, мінералізувальних і регулювальних добавок.Analysis of the existing methods of preparing phosphogypsum for fire-resistant gypsum binders showed that today four methods are mainly used to remove impurities : washing phosphogypsum with water; washing in combination with neutralization and sedimentation of impurities; method of thermal decomposition of impurities; introduction of neutralizing, mineralizing and regulating additives.
