Математична та структурна модель оцінювання рівня інтелектуального капіталу на підприємстві

Abstract

A general approach to determining the nature and structure of intellectual capital is concerned in the article. The structural model of intellectual capital was improved through the application of systematic and dialectical approach. It, unlike existing ones, can to take into account the marketing policy, administrative enterprise system, information about the history of counterparties and economic relations with them, the reputation of the enterprise, mobility and health personnel. It gives possibility of complete and balanced description of the processes of intellectual capital for the further management. The key factors that determine the level of intellectual capital in the company were proved. The mathematical model of level evaluation of the intellectual capital on the basis of the systems theory has been proposed.
