Анотація
The consumer properties of Tommy Atkins mango fruit of Brazilian origin have been studied. It was found that on the eighth day of storage at a temperature of 20 ° C there is a slight fading of the fruit, loss of skin luster, which did not affect the taste. On the 20th day of storage, the fruits lose their attractiveness: streaks and spots appear on the surface, the consistency, taste and smell significantly deterioratе.
