Abstract

A single-crystal immitance converter comprises a field-effect transistor, whose drain is connected to a first power supply terminal by means of a first resistor and to an output terminal by means of a first capacitor, a source of field-effect transistor is connected to a global bus; the transistor drain is connected to the input terminal through the second capacitor, and connected to the second power supply terminal through the second resistance. The field-effect transistor drain is connected to the gate of field-effect transistor through the series connected third capacitor and third resistor.
