Abstract

The degree project consists of textual and graphical parts. The text part is made on A4 sheets and in turn consists of eight chapters that include: feasibility study the feasibility of building, urban solutions, architectural and construction, design solutions, technology of building production, construction, organization, estimates and technical and economic indicators, health and safety in emergency situations. Graphic part consists of 10 sheets A1, which show the architectural and planning solutions building, its facade and cut, piece master plan area, a stronghold of the reconstruction plan, a master plan for the quarter, maps of noise and insulation, landscaping and gardening quarter visualization playground, home flooring designs, technological maps zero cycle works, construction master plan and timetable for the facility works on the object. The thesis project is executed based on the task of designing in accordance with applicable standards.
