Анотація
The influence of the transnational corporation Nestle on the activities of its subsidiary is studied. The paper
comprehensively analyzes the mechanisms and directions of the global corporation's transformational impact on local
production. The specifics of the impact of international standards of Nestle S.A. on the operational processes of the enterprise are studied.
