Abstract

Proposed establishment of the parameter functions for determining compliance with the "quality of public utilities" and defines the requirements for these functions. It also describes a method of determining the quality of public utilities. Was considered the two most common analytic functions that satisfy the necessary conditions and calculated the main characteristics of these functions.
