Сульфурвмісні комплексони як потенційні антидоти при отруєнні сполуками меркурію

Abstract

The specific antidote detoxification of mercury compounds in sulfur-containing complexones (thioamides, dithiocarbamates) which may occur in cases of poisoning organisms is considered. It has been presented and analyzed generalized schemes of desulfurization of thioamides, substituted thioureas and dithiocarbamate derivatives. It is shown that desulfurization of thiocompounds which exposed to mercury compounds passes through the formation of cyclic tetra- or hexahedral structures with their further desulfurization and formation of the corresponding oxygen-containing analogues.
