Оцінка надійності конструкцій протирадіаційних укриттів та шляхи їх модернізації

Abstract

The paper considers the assessment of the reliability of fallout shelter structures under current military threats. The main factors affecting the technical condition of civil protection shelters are analyzed, and the key directions for their modernization are identified. It has been established that a significant portion of the existing stock of fallout shelters was constructed according to design standards of previous decades and therefore requires comprehensive inspection and structural strengthening. Modern approaches aimed at improving the reliability of load-bearing structures, upgrading engineering systems, and implementing digital monitoring of the technical condition of protective facilities are proposed.

Розглянуто питання оцінки надійності конструкцій протирадіаційних укриттів в умовах сучасних загроз воєнного характеру. Проаналізовано основні фактори, що впливають на технічний стан захисних споруд цивільного захисту, а також визначено основні напрями їх модернізації. Встановлено, що значна частина існуючого фонду протирадіаційних укриттів була збудована за нормативами минулих десятиліть і потребує комплексного обстеження та підсилення. Запропоновано сучасні підходи до підвищення надійності несучих конструкцій, удосконалення інженерних систем та впровадження цифрового моніторингу технічного стану споруд.
