Соціально-психологічні чинники мотивування працівників приладобудівних підприємств

Abstract

The monograph deals the development of basic methods for the economic efficiency increasing of personnel in instrument-making enterprises with using of the regulating of interpersonal relationships. The methods to account for the social-psychological factors of management as a condition for increasing of the economic efficiency of management team were described; the possibility of the integral indicators using as control characteristics for the development team managing, as well as during the evaluation of socio-economic prospects of the team were described, too. The results can be used in the management of the production team.
