Abstract

This paper investigates the phenomenon of gamification as a process of transforming everyday experience through the prism of game mechanics and software logic. The analysis examines how digital technologies implement systems of rewards, achievement levels, progress bars, and ratings into social interactions, professional activities, education, and personal life. The philosophical implications of shifting from intrinsic to extrinsic motivation, quantification of qualitative aspects of human experience, and formation of a new ontology of reality through digital platform interfaces are explored.
